Callejones de Pontevedra, 2023
In September 2023, we visited Pontevedra, Spain for the World Triathlon Super Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlons. The alleys (callejones) in Pontevedra offer a broad selection of tapas bars and colorful graffiti. The art spans the whole range from impromptu, artful (?) defacing of walls to carefully planned and executed pieces. The tapas were attractive, tasty and nutritious; the Pontevedrans were friendly and welcoming.
